Dr. Sweeney's Tuna Salad
Eating healthy at work or in a pinch tends to derail some people so here's a quick, easy, cheap recipe that you can make ahead of time and take with you. It's full of protein and healthy fats that your body crave.

Tuna Salad:
-2 packages (approx 5 oz) chunk light tuna
-diced onion (as much or little as you want)
-diced celery (as much or as little as you want)
-1/4 cup mayonnaise
-1/2 tsp soy sauce
Mix all of the above and enjoy!
Eat in a lettuce wrap or by itself
-avoid things like crackers / breads or other highly processed foods. I call these foods "vehicles" to get food into your mouth, they are not necessary and are not healthy for us.
Enjoy!
